PERSONALISED SPORTS PRODUCTS

1. ORDER  

* We are not able to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. If your order is a personalised product we will not offer a exchange or refund.

* If you are purchasing a product with different size's please make sure you check the measurements and order the correct size.  Crasta Creations is not responsible for the wrong size been ordered.

* Please make sure any image you may want to use is a clear, bright, and of good quality. If a poor quality image is used this may result in a poor quality print. 

2. DELIVERY

* Once a order is placed we will send a mock up of your order for you to approve. As soon as we get approval we will start the order and aim to dispatch within 1-5 business days. Over the busy periods our dispatch time  might be a little bit longer.

* Any UK orders will be delivered through Royalmail.

3. LATE OR LOST ORDERS

*  When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address we take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address, or that have been requested to leave with a neighbour, work colleague or an outbuilding. Please allow 4 extra business days after the expected delivery date for your order to arrive before notifying us of your undelivered order.
